hi friends,
we have an old cucm ver 4 which installed on windows 2000,
and we want to export its config, then install cucm 11.5 and import config to this new cucm,
is this possible to do?

The only method to migrate windows based CUCM to Linux based (4 --> 5+) was DMA tool, which would definitely not work with version 11.5. Your best bet would be to deploy and configure brand new system taking advantage of new features, config best practices, etc. You can still use BAT on CUCM 4.X to export all of the phones, modify the headers/content to fit version 11.5 so that you can BAT import the phones, but there would be no magic out of the box native tool to do that for you.
