unified communications running on unified computing, any experienced users ?

I am about to try this, unified communications running as a virtual machine on unified computing.

Anyone got lots of experience on this and can give general insights on the pitfalls and the right way to get it to work ?

Read through the DocWiki is the main pointer.

The only pitfall I have seen thus far is be careful of product defects (search the toolkit but newer versions are typically better on this front) and be careful that your SAN IOPS are comfortably above the requirements if using UCS B series. IO latency due to disk contention doesn't go so well.

Was going to use the front disk bays rather than external disk just to make sure.
