Unity Conn - Exchange Outlook

We have Unity Intergrated with Exchange. Works Great!

One issue that we see is for users with high volume voicemail,  they listen to there messages but dont delete them, when the mailbox is filled up when someone wants to leave a message they are given a message that the mailbox is full. Is it possible to notify the owner of the Mailbox tht it is full?

Just using quotas is usually not enough unless the majority of your users primarily just use the TUI to check messages via the phone.  You don't have any configurable alerting/notification that you've reached a quota when you use Web Inbox, ViewMail, or Single Inbox.  In those cases, you will need to consider using Message Aging policies in conjunction with the quotas in order to more effectively manage mailbox size with Unity Connection.  With the aging policies, you have the capability to configure alerts.  Take a look here for reference:
