We have recently upgrade to Unity Connection 10 and are having an issue with rules in outlook not forwarding the voice messages to another email address. however we can force the rule to 'run now' and it work correctly. we are running exchange 2010 SP3 - v14.03.0195.001 and our Outlook clients are mixed between 2010 and 2013.

Thank you for your quick reply, we have the unified messaging service - Message Action for email set to 'replay the message' I will change it to Accept and Replay and see it that fixes the issue.

I made the change to accept and reply and now the VM don't appear in outlook nor did it appear in the alternate email.
