Upgrade Cisco Unified Attendant Console 11 to 12

Hi Community,

I would like to know if there is any procedure to update the Cisco unified Attendant Console Advanced Ver. 11.0.2 to 12 like CUCM.
I have to uninstall it and reinstall again or or simply running the installer of the new version on the server windows where it is already installed ?

You're looking at the right place, for some reason it seems the 12.x guides lack the instructions for the upgrade, you can refer to the 11.x docs and they do have an appendix on the upgrade procedure.
