Hello,
Webex is not recording audio while connected to room VCs (room kit mini, kit plus and codec pro).
Recording works fine thru the tablet (MS surface Pro 7).
webex meeting app: 41.8.6.10
VCs software version: ce 9.15.0.11
VCs are registered on CUCM 11.5 SU5
Any idea what is wrong?
