What is required license for Unity connection?

Hi,

I have MCS7816I5-K9-CMD2 server and I have installed Unity Connection 8.5 in it. We need to get Voicemail enabled for at least 10 connections. What is the required license for this?

You need UCON licenses for users and voicemail ports, did you ever purchase CUWL  licenses for CUCM as those provide PAKs for Unity users.

Unity Connection port licenses are free part number  when you purchases CUWL I belive. You can also purchase addon UCON user licenses.

I suggest you contact local cisco GOLD partner for a quote.
