Why does CUAC register CTI Route point dedicated to other function

Dear Support,

My customer reported to me that there is an issue with CUAC and monitoring.

Many CTI Route points have been configured to attach DN forwarded to an alternate number. It is the way my customer is used to proceede.

It has been reported that, if CUAC agent try to monitor a DN attached to a CTI Route point not related to CUAC, CUAC server registers it. Why?

I don't undestand the reason why any unregistered CTI Route point could be registered by CUAC just because the agent looked, in his consol, for the DN attached to him.

Does the Application User account for the CUAC integration have the role "Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices"? If so, then it has the rights to take control of anything it comes in contact with.
