My C240 has a 2X Disk RAID1 boot LUN, 6x disk RAID10 LUN and 4x disk RAID5 LUN. I've installed WIndows Server 2019 STD.
In Windows Computer Manger, I can ID the boot drive, Disk 0, as the RAID1 LUN. But Disk1 & Disk 2 are both 2679.40GB drives and I'm not sure which one is the RAID10 and which is the RAID5.
How can I tell?
Virtual Drive Details:
RAID1:
Virtual Drive Name: RAID1
Size: 456809MB
ID: 1002
Oper Device ID: 0
RAID10:
Virtual Drive Name: RAID10
Size: 2743719MB
ID: 1000
Oper Device ID: 2
RAID5:
Virtual Drive Name: RAID5
Size: 2743719MB
ID: 1001
Oper Device ID: 1
I'm going to hazard a guess and say that the "Cisco UCS Oper Device ID" is the same as the Windows Disk #, so in my Windows server I would have the following setup:
Disk 0 as the RAID1 LUN.
Disk1 as the RAID5 LUN.
Disk 2 as the RAID10 LUN.
Does this sound right?
