how can i kill snmpd process on FI
because we met a snmpd process crash bug, but customer doesn't want to upgrade FI software.
customer has more than 600 UCSes, upgrade is a huge task

Can you confirm the bug you are concerned with? If I remember the one you are referring, the process will automatically recover itself.
If you SSH to the FI and run the following command, you can confirm the process is running.
UCS#connect local
UCS(local-mgmt)#show pmon state

FI A snmpd crash and reboot,after reboot, all chssises,all blades under these FI can't connect IOM1 backplane port (display admin down)
primary switch to FI B automatically , we reboot FI A and blade and no use
after we reboot FI-B, and fix this problem temp
but after 1 year, it happen again.
I try to disable snmp on ucsm web managment interface but i found the snmpd process is still running on system.
So I try to kill this snmpd process , but I think I have to break root.
