Inaccessible servers

I have a remote UCS on my hands. It experienced a power hit.

The system has a chassis with blade servers and 6 rackmount servers with FEXes. The blade servers are OK, but the rack servers are inaccessible. A person local to the system told me that the servers themselves are up and he could see the ESXi screen on a directly connected monitor. The Main Topology View shows that the servers both, one or none links to the fabric in the "up" state. The Fabric or FEX view shows all links as up. The rack servers  can't be accessed by remote KVM, all FCM Manager commands time out. I tried to re-acknowledge the servers and change primary fabric.

It means either the vic adapter or the management on the blade is unreachable. Either try to reseat the vic adapter, and/or reset the cimc.

equipment>chassis> server>recover server> reset cimc.
