Virtual interface 1364 link state is down

I am getting below error in each NICs and HBAs in newly mounted blades. 2 New chassis and few blades have recently attached in datacenter. Existing blades are fine, but error is showing on new blades only.

That is expected if there is no OS with nic/hba drivers loaded.

Can you confirm if the OS is booted?
