6400 Fabric Interconnect connectivity with old chassic

Hello,

We are planning to replace the old fabric interconnects in our customer's data center. The plan is to buy new FIs but to keep the old chassics. According to the datasheet, the IOM module won't be a problem because the 6454 FI supports both Cisco UCS 2208XP and Cisco UCS 2204XP IOM modules. But we are not sure about the chassic. Currently they have N20-C6508 chassics. In the datasheet we see this:

The note mentions that UCS 5108 rev 1 and rev 2 is supported with these new FIs. The question is if the N20-C6508 chassic falls into these two revision categories or not?

The N20-6508 chassis is the 5108 rev 1 chassis and is supported on 61xx-64xx FIs with the exception of the UCS Mini (6324).  The rev 2 chassis was released for the UCS Mini and also backwards/forwards compatible to the 61xx-64xx FIs.

Important Note:  There is no direct upgrade/migration path from 61xx/63xx -> 64xx.
