All sorted, logged into EQX and provisioned device to TMS first, then added device to TMS and it seemed to have resolved the phonebook issue.

Hi @Roger Kallberg, its about feeling comfortable with deployment and I suppose also not having to worry about constantly updating it every so often unless absolutely necessary. Can I ask if you've come across any issues since going to 15?

Hi @Siva chinap, how did you go with your upgrade? I recently did a direct upgrade from 12.5--->14 and found it fairly straight forward. I will wait for v15SU3 to arrive before deciding to upgrade again via the same method..

Did Cisco not consider their on-premise customers when deciding to go this route?Either way, is there another option other than getting a 3rd party tool to mass deploy macros to my entire video endpoint fleet? Thanks.
