Hi, Purchased hardware from Cisco and omitted SNTC support by mistake. Is it possible to purchase SNTC prior to the hardware being shipped? Thanks

Accidently two uploads were started from my collector within 15 minutes of each other. Now the SNTC portal will no longer process any subsequent uploads. The status of the upload processing is "SILENCED" and I have no way to remove this. How can this...
