Can we download the CA certificate from the srv ssl certificate, and if it can then upload it in expreswayy then it works fine? [Answer] Today we don't offer the option to download the server, intermediate or root certificate, if this would be useful...

Hi, The files you are trying to upload are not supported, we require the diagnostic log archive that you download from the web admin. Could you give that a try and let us know? Thanks, Kristof
