Hello,I have cucm 11.5. When I try to add user to call manager subscriber it gives me the following message that says "Unable to access SNMP configuration" Therefore I cannot create the use for snmp v3. Please provide suggestions.

Hello, We have CUCM 12.5 and cisco ATA's 191 analog adapters. We are able to call thru the ATA's 191 on analog phones but we aren't able to fax between ATA 191. Any suggestions? Thanks,Horacio.
