Might retry this again, I did create a snapshot while still on the initial 17.9.6 version. What I don't understand, why does it work in the web UI and not CLI.

Use a very old portable browser like Maxthon from 2016-2019 or similar, that includes Flash. Alternatively, if you ask specific for the completely end of life 5520, simply unplug the CIMC interface and all security issues are "solved".
