There is ongoing work for this. But I do not think is available in version 4 of the app. Last I check this with R&D is June 21. And the comment is : "it's the next item on our backlog. Work will resume after 4.0 is released."

Hi, I do not think the proximity app support port 65533 as yet. So you should try using port 443.

Hi, In short, if your video device is on-prem use proximity app. if you video device is on cloud, use team app. regards

Hi, Without logs, I cannot tell much either. a) open a TAC case for TAC to check your config b) is there any "nearby" codecs that is interfering c) is proximity mode turn on
