I have recntly installed the 8.6.3 version of CIPC.However ever since i installed that  I can no longer hear the tones when I dial out from the softphone.I cannot always pick up an incoming call from the Cisco IPC popup that appears when a call comes...

HiI have installed the 8.6.3 version of CIPC. I notice that when i click on the services button I see the Extension Mobility Service duplicated. I see only one service configured in "Subscribe/Unsubscribe Services".Any idea what could be causing this...
