Multiple user can not access CML corporate version

we bought 15 nodes corporate CML. But the only single user can run 15 nodes. if other users try to run his own lab with 10-14 nodes. it says your 15 nodes already running in another project. whats the point of buying corporate version then.

I have the corporate version of CML but only one user can run 15 nodes simulation. it says that it is for multiple users.
