We've tried multiple browsers and incognito, clearing cache etc. Customer unable to make it all the way through the process to grant CBR Admin. Assistance needed.

Same issue others are having. Know this was a problem in the last few months as well. Redeploying a collector and get that error when attempting to dl new certificate.
Meaning we can get to the point of selecting my CCOID and then the roles come up and none are selectable. My ID and his ID are associated with the same contract, so that's not the problem.
Have you simply tried incognito mode or Firefox in SAMT? I've run into the same issue multiple times where the rolls weren't able to be selected and this fixed each time.
