504G - lights on, cannot provision

   Hi, I have a Cisco SPA504G that needs to be re-provisioned.  I see 3 lights on (see attachment):

Red Microphone Mute button               

Green Headset button

Green Hands Free button

The display is dark, none of the other buttons work, I cannot get to the "Network" display.  The phone is on POE and I have unplugged and plugged in the switch connection, still no change.  How do I fix this?  Is there another way to factory reset the phone?  Thank you.

John,

Please disconnect the attendant console and try again.

If that doesn't work out you can try using a power supply instead of POE maybe the switch can't deliver enough power to the phone
