Accessing Group Mail Box

I am installing UC540. There are 4 lines that all ring on the 8 sets installed on Blast Group 511. If no answer goes to Group mail box 511. Customer does not want any other mailboxes on the system for users. How do I set it up so they can retrieve messages from 511 without giving everyone a mailbox so they can access the group mailbox by logging into thier own, then hitting 9.

The sets are all 2 button except 1 7965 set. They all have all lines on button 1. Can I have a message indicator for Group mail box on 2nd button?

The only way to check a group mailbox is via a personal mailbox.

You could set everyone’s call forward no answer and busy to the transfer to voicemail number of the group mailbox so messages for everyone are always delivered to the group mailbox – but you will always need to use a personal mailbox to access a group mailbox.
