ATA 190 with wrong firmware, no provisioning server option

I’ve ran into a perplexing situation with (3) ATA 190 where I cannot get the device to register. We are working with a Cisco partner that is hosting our environment with CUCDM. I've attached screen shots of the system info from the ATA, another showing the provisioning server, and last is a screen shot of the firmware on the CUCM itself.

CUCM System version: 11.5.1.15900-18

  • Device is missing the Provisioning Server option, both in the gui and via the IVR menu
  • Device firmware from CUCM does not match up to the ATA
    • ATA is on a firmware that I cannot find from Cisco
  • Device is online on the network
  • On the correct voice vlan
  • Switched ports with working Cisco phones
  • I’ve factory reset via IVR and via the factory reset button
    • The reset does not take it back to the 1.1.0 firmware

Wrong community to post this here. ATA190 is no Small Business kind of ATA. Move thread to IP Telephony and Phones

The CUCDM provider has informed me that the ATA 190-SC that we had received are not compatible with their cluster. We've turned up the standard ATA 190 and the device came up straight away. If someone could confirm that is the case I'll update our inventory to avoid anything with the "SC" labeling.

Of course. ATA 190-SC is designed for Cisco Spark Calling service only. Its neither bug nor defect. Its the purpose of such model.
