Auto Answer 500 series phones

I'm looking for a way to have the cisco spa 501 or 504 when calling extension to extension auto answer to the speaker on the phone.  For example if ext 200 calls ext 100 I want 100 to auto answer so the audio is heard automaticly on the speaker of the phone.  I think this is an intercom feature but not sure.

Can anyone help?
