Is there anyway to extract the call records from outside of the web interface? We like to track what extension has made X amount of calls and the total time spent on the phone. Any ideas?

Hi to all, I am new to voip and to cisco. I have UC 540 BRI with BRI configured and several DIDs. Now when phones SPA 502G ring they use same ring tone for PSTN and DID phone numbers. Can I somehow change this ? Any help is appreciated.
