BE3000 Backup Files?

I'm trying to backup a BE 3000, I'm not sure if I have backed up the right files to re-image a new server if the current one goes bad.  I backed up the files from the BE 3000 admin interface, are those the right files?  I attached a picture to show the files I got from that backup.

After a backup, you should have 11 TAR files plus 1 XML file, so what you have looks correct

What's the difference between "Maintenance > Backup" and "Maintenance > Configuration Export"?

seems both of them can output files in compressed format.
