Call Connector Presence Icon not showing adding new user to existing PC

I have Call Connector setup on our system along with a UC560

It all works fine with new users using new PCs but when we have a new user using an existing handset/PC our presence icon isnt there so we cant change our busy/availible/custom settings. Its simple a grey area where the green/amber/red icon should be.

Process of adding a new user.

I edit the phone details in the CCA changing the description/user details/button details.

Browse to the Cisco Unifed Callconnector Manager delete the old user

Add a new user fill in the same fields as my existing users.

Assign correct phone.

Save.

Then log in at the PC with new users details. logs in fine, line status is fully active extention is shown correctly, IM works just no status icon/options.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software on the PC.

CC Client side version: 2.00.042

ConfigurationManager.exe 2.0.0.26

Are you running the latest versions? 2.2 for all parts of the software...
