Hi,
I have some issue regarding the fac configuration in UC560.I have configured fac or international numbers.So when i dial international number, i am getting promt to dial pin.Once i put pin, call is just getting looped inside.Its not going out side.Below is my configuration

When i debug ,could see this :
%CALL_CONTROL-6-CALL_LOOP: The incoming call has a global identifier already present in the list of currently handled calls. It is being refused.
Please help me.

I would like you to try one thing. Remove the COR list statement:
corlist outgoing call-ISD
from "dial-peer voice 40 pots". Then test the call again.
