Good day,
we are looking at implementing the following scheme for incoming calls on a UC520:
1. Incoming call is handled by IVR
2. IVR puts call on hold/park
3. A prerecorded notification is sent via overhad paging by the IVR
4. Call is picked up by user
Can this be programmed in any way with AA scipting?
