Cisco SPA514G & SPA500S freeze

Hi,

We have a site with 10 Cisco spa514G and  3 Cisco SPA514G in combination with a CIsco SPA500s

attendant consoles.

The phones with the attendant consoles lock up once a day. Only a hard reboot fixes the problem.

What i did is :

I downgraded from firmware 7.5.4 to 7.5.2b.

set power consumption in the web interface on High consumption on POE but the phones still lock up sometimes.

The switch connected to it is a cisco WS-C2960S-48FPS-L with 13 extensions on it?

anyone got a sugestion?

Can you catch debug&syslog messages ? Messages just before the lock may help to identify the reason.

It looks like the new firmware 7.5.5 solved my problems.
