I have a spa500s with a spa504g. They are connected to a hosted metaswitch pbx. I have configured the spa500s for both sd and blf. This feature works perfect for local numbers in the business group. When I use long distance numbers in the same business group with the same script the blf feature does work but the sd does not. I need to place a 1 in front of the DID to get the speed dial to work. If I add the additional digit to allow the long distance calling with the sd feature, the blf does not work. The script takes the following format fnc=sd+blf;sub=1234567890@abc.123telecom.net. Wondering if it is possible to have a work around.
