How to change the incoming number

Hi all,

When i call someone, he can see the incoming number is my company operator number. How can i change it, let him see my personal office number ?

If you have office number assigned in “External Caller Id”, called person will see the number which is assigned in “External caller id “

You can set the “External Caller ID “- Users/Phones – Users-  set the number in “External Caller ID “

Note: you should have valid DID number, which can be enter in External Caller ID.

I've the valid DID number, and also set the "External Caller ID", but it still display the "Main Number".

Do you know why ?
