Howto: On-hook transfer on SPA5xx?

Hello,

   i'm trying to setup a SPA504G to make an "On-hook transfer" like i was able to do with the old Cisco IP Phone 7906 or 7911.

The transfer i would to do is (part in red):

<<
Talk to the transfer recipient before transferring a call (consult transfer)

1. From an active call, press Transfer.

2. Enter the target number.

3. Wait for the transfer recipient to answer.

4. Press Transfer again to complete the transfer or EndCall to cancel.

Note If your phone has on-hook transfer enabled, complete the transfer by hanging up.

It's possible with an SPA504G ver. 7.5.5 (or later) ?
Which parameters could i try to do it?!

I'm also in the same situation - management has commented that our new SPA504g phones are more complicated than our old "digital" Panasonic phone system as they can't simply hangup for the last step of an attended transfer.
