LDAPS for SPA5xx or 88xx

Hello,

is there any possibility how to use LDAPS or LDAP over TLS with SPA5xx or 88xx phones?

The only method I can use is a digest MD5.

But I need to secure also data in LDAP session (not only credentials).

I'm using the latest FW.

Best regards,

Hello,

thanks for the reply.

I just found that in the latest FW there is finally possible to use LDAPs for 88xx series.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/MPP/8800/english/administration/p881_b_8800-mpp-ag/p881_b_8800-mpp-ag-11_chapter_010000.html

LDAPs is also available for 68xx.

The only trouble which I found is that Cisco signed certificate is needed on LDAP server.
CSR can be signed here: https://webapps.cisco.com/software/edos/home#
