[Query] Which Cisco VOIP system works with my phones?

Hello all,

I am in a small business, and we have an old UC540 that we want to replace. It's causing a lot of network problems, disconnecting frequently as well as problems in the cca (some weird banner error)... I also have a bunch of Cisco IP Phones (303 & 504g). I want to know if there's a compatible Voip system that works with my phones. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Forgive me if this is posted in a wrong thread. I'm fairly new here, so please point me to the right one.

Cisco replacement recommendation for UC540 is the Cisco Business Edition-6000, more info you can find here.
