Show original B-number (DNIS) on Linksys SPA962

Hi,

Our receptionist uses a SPA962 (extension 100) and when for example user 150 has his calls forwarded to the receptionist and a new call comes in on extension 150 she would like to know what extension the caller tried to call. Is this possible to show on a SPA962?

Hi Benny;

This depends on the call control used, as when the phone is in cfwd it signals 302 message and it is matter of call control server to see how call is routed to the new phone, typically it just reissue the invite to the new phone.
