Sipura SPA-921 does not boot - non-documented LED blinking pattern

Hi all,

I have a SPA-921 that suddenly stopped working.
When its connected either on the PoE interface or directly to power source, LEDs are blinking in the following pattern:

1) mute, headphones and speaker light on, then
2) headphones and speaker off, then 
3) mute off, then
4) headphones and speaker on, then
5) all off and device remains disabled.

During the above, the main display remains empty, over screen red light blinks once and headset makes no sound.
Is the above LED's pattern standard for a specific kind of error? Is there any document with all LED indications?

Plausible. But I never heard about this particular pattern.

No documentation as far as I know. I'm sure Cisco technicians know the answer. But no one of us is allowed to ask them.

Cisco experts no longer respond in this community. 

SMB support centre will kick off you as SPA921 is no longer supported (but even with supported device they will not help you beyond "RMA it" advice - as "Cisco know" doesn't mean "off-sourced helpdesk company know").

So it seems you are out of luck. Just consider the device broken ...
