SPA 122 Diable Dial tone

Hi, I have a SPA 122 and want to integrate third party PA system and has requirement that dial tone should not be present on the port. I have configured and registered SPA 122 but PA system does not works as it has a dial tone.

Any way to disable dial tone from the port.

That's a weird request. I have worked with different PA systems like Bogen etc. but never have there been a requirement to disable the off-hook voltage, AFAIK by default you cannot do it. You might need to get a business case opened through your AM to the BU for a future enhancement request.
Btw, what is the PA system and the vendor ?

Never heard of that one to be honest. Like I said above, AFAIK you cannot disable it. It is hard-coded and the port will provide a fixed off-hook voltage. Open up a TAC case.
