can i  make separated line in inbound and outbound ,that man that I can make DID in my in bound for any line and I can choose which line I can go out with it .

Yes, the info is in the spa9000 admin guide.  Please download from cisco.com.

For incoming calls, you would adjust the 'contact list' parameter to contain the DID number to be accepted and sent to, for example 4045551212:aa to send that DID to auto attendant.

For outgoing calls, be sure to modify the 'call routing rule' on spa9000 and 'dial plan' on the spa phones to tell the phone which pstn line you want to dial out of the spa400.

I use it as getaway for asterisk? No SPA9000 in the setup. Can i do that from the SPA400, without using SPA9000?

The spa400 was designed to work with the spa9000.  We don't have any data or support it's use in another configuration.  Thanks.
