SPA 502G Busy Light Field

Hi, I wanted if possible to configure BLF for SPA 502G phone. It is configured with SPCP signaling protocol. I cannot change anything in webadmin page and I think that is because I use SPCP so I need to configure it in ephone-dn. Can someone help me ? Thanks

Hi,

The SPA502G does not have any programable line buttons to configure the BLF on. There are no LED's to illuminate the BLF status on the SPA502G.  You can add a SPA500S attendant console to the phone to configure BLF on.
