Hello all
I have recently updated my customers phones to allow for daylight savings. Since this change has been made it seems that all the phones now produce a very loud tone when each of the numberic keys are pressed. So loud in fact that the handsets need to be removed from the ear when they are dialling. All other volumes have remained the same through the handset.
Does anyone know how to adjust the tone volume only ?
