SPA504G with SIP image

Hi Community,

I tried different options to register SPA504g with Software Version:    7.5.2 as SIP phone in cucm 7.1.5 but failed.

I wonder what is missing from mandatory configuration from phone.

Also if there is a way to create auto registration for SPA504g phones in cucm 7.1.5?

any help is highly appreciated
