SPA9000/SPA400 Via VPN, not working! Clients Registers but not accessable or able to dial

Hello,

I have SPA9000/SPA400 Solution in our Lan set behind a router. The system works fine when the phone is within the LAN, including Mobile App. The soft App resister to PBX and dial normally. Once connected through VPN (3G), the Soft-phone registers normally on the SPA9000 pbx behind the router but STRANGLY does not dial or ring (Not accessible). On any dialed number It simply give Forbidden (403) error!  This is the case with all Softphone APP. tested so far. Any Avaiable help here please.
