My main inbound number is translated by CUBE to 8000.
8000 is assigned to our reception user
I now what to enable AA first before getting to reception. The voicemail and AA number is 8999.
In Dial Plan > Translation Rules I've entered 8000 as the incoming number and 8999 as the outgoing number. When I try to save this I get
Cannot insert or update pattern. A DN exists with the same pattern and partition.
Have I got this correct? Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi Chrish,
You can't configure Extension and AA number in Transalation Rule together.
Can you please tell what use case you are looking?
Thanks

If you want callers to hear AA greeting first and then user enters an input and call is routed to operator at extension 8000, you can configure translation rule on CUBE to translate to extension 8999, rather than having CUBE translate to 8000 and then have another translation rule to translate from operator number to AA and then have the call routed to operator.
Thanks
