I have a UC320W with the latest firmware loaded that has been having trouble from day one with a particular line disconnecting properly. At times one line will stay connected indefinitely until it is either unplugged or the phone system reset. Obviously there is something special about this one analog line that makes it behave this way but I'm not sure what that might be. Is there any setting I can adjust to make the system more sensitive to disconnects for lack of a better description?

Hi Mike,
I would run an impedance test on that line to verify the settings are correct. This usually fixes disconnect issues.
