UC520 SSL VPN Full Client package installation failed

I am trying to enable the SSL VPN - full tunnel feature in UC520.

However when I try to load the .pkg file into the UC520, I've met with the error "Error in installing package file". (refer screenshot).

How do I solve this issue or get the detailed information on what went wrong?

Hi, I had the same issue.  I was using a laptop to connect to the UC520.  Once I disabled the wireless network interface, I was able to retry the installation and it all worked.
