UC540 crashes every day

Hello Community.

A UC540 installed at customers site, crashes everyday with follwoing information in the crash log:

15:04:44 MESZ Mon Aug 26 2013: Unexpected exception to CPU: vector 300, PC = 0x81639C68, LR = 0x8163BFC0

Do i need a new one, sounds like CPU problem.

Which exact IOS are you running ?

Exact IOS is 15.1(4).M2

Try latest that is M6 and if still trouble contact the TAC.
