UC560 IP Phone compatibilty matrix

Hi all ,

I need to replace the SPA9000 with an UC560 , but the customer want to use the olds SPA942 and the SPA962  . Are they supported on the new UC560 solutions ?

Hi,

A perfect replacement for the SPA 9000 would be a Cisco UC320. It has support for the SPA 300, 500 series of phones.

The SPA 900 series are End of Sale Products that are unlikely to have any support on any new platforms.

The UC560 is a much more robust systems supports upto 134 users and support for SPA 300, 500, CP 6900 and 7900 phones.

thank you for the prompt replay , I'm thinking at UC560 because the customer wants a platoform with now 28 users with scalability to 50 . He should be happy to use the old SPA942 and SPA962 , but if not possible ...

Hello Daniele,

Unfortunately, the SPA900 series phones are not supported on the UC500's.  The supported phones include: SPA300 series, SPA500 series, 7900 series, and 6900 series.
